We are delighted to announce that the annual CYPG and CJLD Charity Ball will take place on Saturday 16^th September 2023. It is a really special occasion and a chance for us all to get together to eat, drink, dance and let our hair down! Our charities this year are Cambridge Rape Crisis Centre and East Anglian Air Ambulance, so this is a great opportunity to give back and enjoy a fantastic night.

The event will take place at the beautiful Churchill College, with a live band, raffle and other entertainment to guarantee a great night.

Tickets are £65 for members or £75 for non-members.  Your ticket includes a drinks reception, wine with dinner and a delicious three course meal!

You will be provided with an invoice that will contain the bank details for you to make transfers. We will also be happy to accept group bookings. Your ticket will only be secured once payment has been received.

Starters

Smoked salmon, smashed avocado and Greek yogurt (GF) (H) (NF) – Scottish smoked salmon, avocado season with lime, coriander and a little chilli and cooling Greek yogurt and cress

Mushroom soup, chestnuts, truffle and chives (Hot dish) (VG) (GF) (H) – Mushroom velouté, chestnut and truffle cream and chives

Mains

Roast chicken breast, chive mash potato, piquillo pepper and tomato sauce and seasonal vegetable (H) (GF) (NF) – Chicken supreme served with a spicy tomato sauce, creamy mash and seasonal vegetables

Root vegetable wellington and a squash puree (VG) (NF) (H) – Roasted root vegetables encased in puff pastry and served with a creamy butternut squash purée

Desserts

Dark chocolate tart, raspberry cream and honeycomb (NF) (H) – Dark chocolate cremeux set in a pastry case, raspberry ripple cream and crunch honeycomb

Mango torte, mini meringue and passion fruit gel (VG) (H) (NF) – Vegan mango soya dessert with crunchy little vanilla meringue and a passion fruit sauce

Ticket sales will stop on 31^st August however, we recommend you get your tickets asap to avoid disappointment.
